Joshua Vallejos
COUNSELOR | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Joshua grew up in the Louisville, KY area. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Boyce College, and his Master’s degree in Biblical & Pastoral studies from Bethlehem Seminary. Joshua has experience counseling individuals and couples as they go through the hardest realities of their lives. He does not judge or condemn anyone; rather, he shows compassion, empathy, grace and love to all. He has seen God do amazing things in people’s lives. He worked as an associate pastor for over a year and has been involved in an academic ministry too. Joshua is a widower and has two children. He enjoys literature, listening, music, writing, sports, speciality coffee, the outdoors, and his friends and family. He would be honored to hear from you.
Treavor Riley
COUNSELOR
Treavor is a native of New Orleans, LA. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and his Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity. Treavor is a trained, licensed, and practicing clinical pharmacist with over a decade of experience counseling individuals and care givers on the various aspects and considerations of medication use. He is a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist, dedicated researcher, and tenured University educator. Treavor is a compassionate, empathetic advocate to all people. He and his wife have been married for over 12 years, and together they have three children. Treavor enjoys the languages, all things Japanese, listening, learning, and seeing genuine smiles.


Kyle Roach
COUNSELOR
Kyle was born and raised in the small town of Point Pleasant, West Virginia. He earned his Bachelors in Public Relations from West Virginia University and Masters of Divinity in Biblical Counseling from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Kyle is a CNA at Mission Health’s Hospice Solace Center. He believes there is no greater privilege than to walk with someone during their most difficult times in life. With over ten years of counseling experience, Kyle is still in awe of the way God works in people’s lives and how the Word of God is truly sufficient in both life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3-4). Kyle has been married to his wife for over 15 years, and together they have two boys. He enjoys the outdoors, building things, learning new activities, and just hanging out with family and friends.
Kelly Lyrene
COUNSELING INTERN
Kelly grew up in the Bradenton area of South Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communications from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. She continued her seminary education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX earning a Master of Arts in Christian Education. Kelly met and married her husband while at Southwestern and together they have 5 amazing young adult and teenage children. Kelly has been a stay at home mom for the last 20 years and is delighted to intern at Restoration Asheville. She is very desirous of using her gifts of encouragement and love of God’s Word to bring the hope of Jesus to everyone she meets. Kelly enjoys journaling, welcoming people into her home, sharing coffee or tea, and spending lots of time with friends and family.


Brittany Hicks
COUNSELOR
Brittany grew up in Central Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Ministry through Montreat College. Her primary counseling education has been through the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF), and has earned her Masters in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is passionate about helping individuals thrive in life and ministry for the long haul. Brittany desires to walk with others through suffering and the struggles of everyday life by helping them to know themselves and find hope and healing through Christ. Brittany and her husband served as missionaries in Cambodia, and they desire to connect others to God’s work in the nations by effectively equipping and supporting ministry workers. Brittany enjoys coffee, the outdoors, reading, and quality time with friends.
